Order & Payment
How do I place an order?
It’s easy! Add your dream bed to your shopping cart. Then click on “Next step” to fill in your email and shipping address. Complete the payment and voilà, your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes, so you know that everything went well.
What happens after my order is placed?
Once we have processed your order, it will be registered with our warehouse to prepare it for delivery. Our carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment on a mutually agreed day and time.
Can I also pay upon delivery?
Yes, that is possible! We do ask for a deposit of 10% of the purchase price. At checkout, choose the payment option: Cash On Delivery (CoD) . Please note: we will only start delivering your bed after the deposit has been paid.
The outstanding amount must be paid to our driver in cash or by debit card upon delivery. Our confirmation email contains the account number to which you can pay the deposit. In addition, we will send an email with a payment link within 24 hours (on working days) for extra convenience.
Why am I unable to pay with Klarna and/or In3?
If you are unable to pay via Klarna and/or payment providers such as In3, please contact the relevant customer service of the payment provider. We at Adore Beds cannot change anything about this.
Delivery & Assembly
Will my bed be assembled?
Yes, absolutely! Our fitters will assemble your new dream bed immediately and for FREE so that you can dive straight in. This will take approximately 60 minutes.
How long will it take for my bed to be delivered?
We do everything we can to deliver your bed as soon as possible! If the bed is in stock, we will usually contact you within 1 - 4 working days to schedule a delivery appointment. In many cases, this can be surprisingly fast! We coordinate the delivery in consultation, so that you have your new bed at home as soon as possible and can enjoy optimal sleeping comfort.
Can I choose a delivery time myself?
Yes, that is possible! Of course, in consultation. We drive different routes every day and try to coordinate the delivery as well as possible. When we contact you to schedule the delivery, you can indicate your preference. We do our best to take this into account and find a suitable time together.
Our drivers will then let you know as soon as they are on their way, so you know exactly when to expect your order.
General
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a physical showroom. We sell our Adore Beds exclusively online. This allows us to save a lot on costs such as rent, staff and other overhead costs that come with a showroom. We pass these savings directly on to our customers, so that we can offer the best quality beds at the best possible price. In addition, you can order from the comfort of your own home, without having to visit a showroom. This way you benefit from top quality and an excellent deal!
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands & Belgium?
Yes, this is possible! For orders in other European countries, please contact us via service@adorebeds.nl or fill in our contact form . We will gladly look at the possibilities together. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary per country.
Can I have an Adore Bed custom made?
No, this is not possible yet. At the moment we offer the most common sizes.
Warranty
Do I have a warranty on my Adore Bed?
Yes, every Adore Bed comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and gives you certainty about the quality of your purchase. If there is anything wrong with your bed within this period, please contact us at service@adorebeds.nl or via our contact form. We will ensure that the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
